Continuously Present
Continually Present is an exploration in getting intimate with the transient nature of time, the way we interact with it, and how it affects our connection with our surrounding. These photographs are compositions of moments where there was peace and beauty in what I was looking at. I cut out portions of the images and replaced it with mirrors so the person would see themselves and also their current environment and remember to be present. The black in white images are to represent the past moments and the mirrors with color are to represent the present moments
1781 Oakdale Ave.
.1781 Oakdale Ave. is a series of photographs where I captured a moment that I was fully present in. Normally, it was when I was alone and sitting and drinking a cup of coffee.
